Immigration
Our office handles all aspects of immigration law.  Our goal is to simplify the immigration procedure as much as possible for the clients. Universal Law Group, Incorporated can also represent clients in communicating with the Immigration and Naturalization Services (I.N.S.). Once a client retains the services of Universal Law Group, Inc, our legal staff will see the matter through the immigration process with the I.N.S.  Our attorneys can and will accompany our clients at immigration interviews, appearances, and/or hearings. Our immigration services include:

Adoption
Our office handle matters involving children in California or overseas. Our office offers special programs for adopting orphans from China. We oversee the adoption process from the filing of the initial petition to the final adoption court hearing. We review and prepare with our clients the procedures for house visits and interviews by the Children’s Services Department. In cases for which the child does not have legal resident status in United States, our office can also handle legal immigrant status for the child and/or filing petition for permanent residence.
